Contracts, Agreements & Policies

We will provide you with all documentation required for your employees, including employment agreements, bonus and retention agreements, termination correspondence, legally-required policies and handbooks.  By understanding the way your business operates, we will work with you determine what documentation is actually required and offer clear advice on how such documentation is to be implemented.  â€‹

Managing Employees

We offer strategic and practical advice to help employers confidently manage their workforce.  Our services include guidance on addressing performance and conduct issues, responding to allegations of workplace harassment, bullying, or discrimination, and managing complex accommodation and leave requests. We help employers navigate sensitive conversations, prepare written warnings and disciplinary letters, and ensure compliance with applicable legislation and internal policies. 

Terminating Employees

We specialize in supporting employers through the entire termination process.  We provide strategic advice on whether to proceed with or without cause, recommend approaches to mitigate the risk of future claims, and clarify an employee’s potential entitlements upon termination. We also prepare all necessary documentation, including termination letters and release agreements.

Employment Law Training sessions

Practical training sessions catered for the needs of your business that will provide employers and HR professionals with all the knowledge needed to comply with relevant employment laws, including hiring, implementing employment agreements, vacation, overtime, hours of work, termination of employment, accomodations and investigations. 

Fractional In-house services

We work with employers to offer flexible and accessible support for the day-to-day management of their employees, to educate HR team members and on specific employment-related projects (such as the implementation of new policies and procedures, restructures or mass terminations).
